On Sept. 4, 2026, at approximately 10:42 p.m., Dante Brown — who is on state parole for Criminal Homicide — contacted Lancaster County‑Wide Communications via 911 to report he had an active warrant for absconding from state parole and gave his location in the first block of Cold Stream Drive.
