Denise Sanchez arrested in Millersville on DUI and driving without a license

On June 24, 2026, Millersville officers stopped a vehicle at S Prince St & W Frederick St after observing it appear to be driving on a flat tire; the passenger-side tire was found blown out and the rim damaged. The driver, 31-year-old Denise Sanchez, initially had difficulty producing identification, admitted she did not have a valid license and had consumed alcohol at a bar, failed field sobriety tests, and a breath test showed a blood alcohol level over the legal limit. Sanchez was charged with DUI (general impairment/incapacity, first offense), a DUI count for highest rate of alcohol, and driving without a license.
