Derek Justin Mosley, 43, charged with DUI after Warwick Township crash
Northern Lancaster County police say the driver was suspected of being under the influence of a controlled substance and one count of DUI was filed.
On September 10, 2026, around 6:30 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police officers on patrol in the first block of East Newport Road in Warwick Township were called to a vehicle accident. Officers spoke with vehicle owner Derek Justin Mosley, 43, of Lancaster, and, believing he was under the influence of a controlled substance, opened a DUI investigation. One count of DUI was filed before MDJ Stauffer (75-3802(D2) - DUI IMPAIRED DRIVING).
