Derek Justin Mosley arrested on DUI charge
Officers investigating a vehicle accident in Warwick Township determined the driver was impaired by a controlled substance and charged him with DUI.
On September 10, 2026 at about 6:30 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police officers on patrol in the first block of East Newport Road in Warwick Township were approached about a vehicle accident. Officers spoke with vehicle owner Derek Justin Mosley, 43, of Lancaster, PA, and, believing he was under the influence of a controlled substance, initiated a DUI investigation and filed one count of 75-3802(D2) — DUI Impaired Driving — before MDJ Stauffer.
