Derrick Scott Torres was picked up by the Lebanon County Regional Police Department on several outstanding warrants on Oct. 30, 2026, and is being held at the Lebanon County Jail pending extradition. A warrant issued Aug. 13, 2026, stems from a July 21, 2026, report that Torres under‑ringed $181.12 of merchandise at the Walmart in East Stroudsburg by using a credit card at self‑checkout; he was identified by the card and his driver’s license photo and has two prior retail‑theft convictions.
