Hanover Township Police arrested Victor Jose Cerda Jr., 31, on Oct. 30, 2026, following a domestic dispute on Lyndwood Ave. He faces counts of simple assault (M2), terroristic threats (M1) and harassment (summary) under case number 26-5432. Cerda was processed and transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for overnight arraignment.
