Devin W. Gorski charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness in Mount Joy
Officers say he used obscene language, made threats and appeared intoxicated during a disturbance on Martin Avenue.
Devin W. Gorski, 35, of Mount Joy, Pa., was charged Aug. 17, 2026 with disorderly conduct (obscene language) and public drunkenness after officers responded to a disturbance on the 400 block of Martin Avenue. Police say he repeatedly used vulgar language, made threatening statements while yelling at people after being told to stop, and was unsteady on his feet with slurred speech and loud, confrontational behavior.
