On October 27, 2026, at approximately 4:00 p.m., Hanover Township resident Dominic Lee Irwin, 27, was taken into custody following a report of a Protection from Abuse violation and charged with Indirect Criminal Contempt of Order (PACC 23 6114A). He was arraigned by District Magistrate Alexandra C. Kokura Kravitz, had bail set at $10,000, and was transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility; a hearing is scheduled for November 3 at 2:00 p.m. at the Luzerne County Courthouse in Wilkes-Barre.
