Franklin County First Responder Trunk-or-Treat 2026 draws over 1,500
Annual Chambersburg trunk-or-treat event doubled its attendance to more than 1,500 as police, deputies and volunteers handed out candy donated by BJ’s Wholesale and the AP team.
The Chambersburg Police Department thanked Deputy Yeager and the Franklin County sheriff's team for organizing the annual First Responder Trunk-or-Treat, which saw attendance top 1,500 — roughly double last year. CAC members Barry Williams and Tiffany Ryan, alongside fellow first responders, helped hand out candy, with all treats donated by BJ’s Wholesale and the AP team.
