Donald L. Goodwin charged with defiant trespass in Bushkill Township
Bushkill Township police filed a defiant trespass charge after responding to an unwanted-person complaint on Hoffman Road.
On August 15, 2026, at about 10:45 p.m., Bushkill Township officers responded to the 100 block of Hoffman Road for an unwanted-person complaint involving Donald L. Goodwin, 66. Police say Goodwin had previously been issued a written trespass warning prohibiting him from the property, and a criminal complaint charging him with defiant trespass (Title 18 PA C.S.A. § 3503) was filed. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
