East Hempfield PD chief retires; Christopher Chase named chief, four officers promoted
The East Hempfield Township Board of Supervisors honored Chief Jennifer Brubaker’s retirement and recognized promotions within the police department, including Christopher Chase’s appointment as chief.
On Aug. 5 the East Hempfield Township Board of Supervisors recognized Chief Jennifer Brubaker’s retirement, effective Aug. 7, 2026, after more than 26 years with the department. Christopher Chase was promoted to chief, and Matthew Miller, Brian Dilliplaine and Tyler Clisham were elevated to supervisory and command roles, each bringing specialized experience in investigations, patrol and crime-scene work.
