Jarrod Lee Shoaf Wanted for Failure to Appear on DUI and Drug Charges

Jarrod Lee Shoaf, 44, is being sought after failing to appear in court on charges of driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Shoaf is described as a white male, 5'10", 192 lbs, associated with PA 16201; a bench warrant was issued on October 30, 2026, the Armstrong County District Attorney's Office says.
