East Hempfield Township Police reported arrests and citations from Aug. 12–20, 2026, including disorderly conduct, harassment, drug paraphernalia, public drunkenness and an aggravated assault tied to a pulled fire alarm.
Between Aug. 12 and Aug. 20, 2026, East Hempfield Township Police issued a disorderly conduct citation to Leobel Montero Perez (31) after he was observed urinating along Running Pump Rd. Bryson Thomas Velletri (35) was charged with violation of an order of protection; Robert W. Kortman (55) was cited for use/possession of drug paraphernalia and a summary traffic violation; and Gregory A. Guyton (51) was cited for public drunkenness after being found asleep on a porch. Harassment citations were issued to Ralph Nicholas Calvetti III (47), Robert J. Fink Sr (71) and Alexandra Marie Collier (34); a 16-year-old female of Lancaster was charged with aggravated assault (F2) and false alarm to an agency of public safety (M1) after pulling a fire alarm and biting a nurse at Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center.
