East Hempfield Township police cited or charged several people Aug. 12–20, 2026, in incidents including disorderly conduct, harassment, drug paraphernalia, public drunkenness and an aggravated assault tied to a pulled fire alarm.
Between Aug. 12 and Aug. 20, East Hempfield Township officers cited or charged multiple people: Leobel Montero Perez was cited for disorderly conduct after being observed urinating; Bryson Thomas Velletri was arrested for violation of order; Ralph Nicholas Calvetti III, Robert J Fink Sr. and Alexandra Marie Collier were cited with harassment; Robert W Kortman was charged with use/possess drug paraphernalia; and Gregory A Guyton was cited for public drunkenness. On Aug. 19 a 16-year-old female was charged with aggravated assault (F2) and false alarm to agency of public safety (M1) after pulling a fire alarm at Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center and biting a nurse. All persons charged with an offense are presumed innocent.
