Edinson R. Gutierrez Mercado charged with terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and harassment in Etters

Edinson R. Gutierrez Mercado, 27, of N Susquehanna Trail was charged following a Newberry Township Police investigation in the 30 block of Robinhood Drive in Etters, PA. On April 29, 2026 (case 32-26-03732) he was charged with one count of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another (M1), one count of disorderly conduct — hazardous/physically offensive condition (M3), and one count of harassment for lewd or threatening communications (M3).
