Ephrata man arrested in Penn Township after .166% BAC DUI
Northern Lancaster County officers stopped a vehicle on South Main Street and charged Dylan S. Ossman with two DUI counts after a breath test showed a .166% BAC.
On July 29, 2026, at about 11:01 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle in the 300 block of South Main Street in Penn Township and identified the driver as 35-year-old Dylan Scott Ossman of Ephrata. A DUI investigation and breath test showed a blood-alcohol concentration of .166%, and two DUI charges (75-3802(A1) General Impairment and 75-3802(C) Highest Rate) were filed before MDJ Stauffer.
