Ephrata woman cited for public urination, disorderly conduct
Witnesses reported a woman urinating on the sidewalk in front of a business on E. Main Street; she was issued a citation.
Ephrata Police charged Melissa Marie Graybill, 41, with Disorderly Conduct after witnesses reported a woman urinating on the sidewalk in front of a business on the 100 block of E. Main Street. Officers responded Aug. 6, 2026 at 4:18 p.m.; Graybill was issued a summary non-traffic citation through MDJ Landis' office and is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
