Etters man charged with terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and harassment
Newberry Township Police say the charges stem from a probe on the 30 block of Robinhood Drive in Etters.
Edinson R. Gutierrez Mercado, 27, of N Susquehanna Trail was charged following a Newberry Township Police investigation in the 30 block of Robinhood Drive. He faces one count of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another (M1), one count of disorderly conduct — hazardous/physically offensive condition (M3), and one count of harassment for communicative lewd or threatening language (M3). The incident was recorded April 29, 2026, under case number 32-26-03732.
