Felicia Renee Thies, 65, charged with two DUIs after Lancaster Road stop
Northern Lancaster officers stopped a vehicle on Lancaster Road and charged a Manheim woman after a blood test detected THC.
On August 23, 2026, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle in the 800 block of Lancaster Road in Penn Township and identified the driver as 65-year-old Felicia Renee Thies of Manheim. Officers suspected impairment, conducted a DUI investigation and obtained a blood sample that tested positive for THC. Thies was charged with two counts of DUI (75-3802(D2) and 75-3802(D1I)) and possession of drug paraphernalia (35-780-113(A32)); the charges are before MDJ Stauffer.
