Felicia Renee Thies arrested on two DUI counts, drug paraphernalia charge
Northern Lancaster County officers allege the driver was impaired; a blood test detected THC.
On August 23, 2026, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle during a traffic detail on the 800 block of Lancaster Road in Penn Township and identified the driver as 65-year-old Felicia Renee Thies of Manheim. Officers suspected impairment, obtained a blood sample that tested positive for THC, and charged Thies with two counts of DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia; the charges are before Magisterial District Judge Stauffer.
