Richard Mark Brooks, 33, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver, corruption of minors, furnishing alcohol to a minor, distribution of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and entered no-contest pleas to two counts of indecent assault. He received an aggravated-range sentence of 11½ to 23 months in the Bucks County Correctional Facility and was designated a Tier I sex offender, subject to registration requirements through 2041. A joint investigation by Plumstead Township and Central Bucks Regional police found a pattern from 2020–2024 of Brooks supplying underage employees with alcohol, marijuana cartridges, nicotine products and prescription Adderall and of indecent assaults at Saladworks and a Wendy’s in Doylestown.
