Richard Mark Brooks, 33, of Freehold, New Jersey, was sentenced to 11½ to 23 months in the Bucks County Correctional Facility after pleading guilty and entering no contest pleas to charges including possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, corruption of minors, selling or furnishing alcohol to a minor, distribution of a small amount of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of indecent assault. The aggravated-range sentence includes a Tier I sex offender designation requiring registration through 2041; authorities say the misconduct, occurring from 2020–2024 at Saladworks and a Wendy’s in Doylestown, involved indecent assaults and supplying underage employees with alcohol, marijuana cartridges, nicotine products, and prescription Adderall. The case was prosecuted by ADA Victoria Pollock following an investigation by Plumstead Township and Central Bucks Regional police after a ChildLine report in April 2025.
