Gabriel Garcia-Figueroa charged with child rape and 17 additional counts
A police investigation in the 1100 block of Cly Road led to the arrest of a 35-year-old man on multiple sexual and related charges.
Gabriel Garcia-Figueroa, 35, of Cly Road was charged following a Newberry Township Police Department investigation in the 1100 block of Cly Road. He faces one count of rape of a child (F1) and 17 additional charges — 18 counts in total — including forcible rape, statutory sexual assault, multiple indecent assault counts, sexual extortion, corruption of minors, unlawful contact with a minor, dissemination of explicit material to a minor, and drug possession and paraphernalia offenses. The charges were filed Sept. 1, 2026, by Newberry Township authorities.
