Gary A. Phillips, 73, charged after knife threat in Huntingdon Valley
Police say Phillips threatened a victim with a knife; a warrant was issued and he surrendered days later.
On August 7, 2026, police responded to a report that a suspect threatened a victim with a knife and later identified 73-year-old Gary A. Phillips as the suspect. An arrest warrant was requested and Phillips turned himself in on August 13, 2026; he faces one count of 2706 A1 terroristic threats with intent, plus counts of possession of an instrument of crime, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, and harassment. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
