Heriberto Perea-Gayosso, 43, of Kennett Square, was arrested after an incident on August 2, 2026, at about 12:51 AM in the 700 block of Meredith Street in which he allegedly struck a female multiple times in the head and pushed and scratched a male who tried to intervene.
