The Internal Revenue Service notifies local municipalities that Revenue Officers will be conducting in-person visits in the Lititz area during the weeks of August 10 and August 17, 2026. Most visits are scheduled and taxpayers typically receive a letter beforehand, but officers may also make unannounced visits to taxpayers or third parties. Officers will present official IRS credentials and additional government-issued ID on request; some may come from other states and drive out-of-state vehicles.
