Irving Jose Castillo arrested for DUI and damage to unattended vehicle in Hanover
Hanover man charged with driving under the influence and damage to an unattended vehicle after an incident on High Street.
Irving Jose Castillo, 18, was arrested Aug. 21, 2026, and charged with Driving Under the Influence (M) and Accidents Involving Damage to Unattended Vehicle or Property (S) following an incident in the 200 block of High Street in Hanover. The Hanover Borough Police Department took Castillo into custody at 2:41 a.m. and turned him over to the York County Sheriff's Office for further disposition. Castillo is described as an 18-year-old Hispanic male, 5'10", 150 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.
