Irving Jose Castillo, 18, was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence (M) and Accidents Involving Damage to Unattended Vehicle or Property (S) after an incident in the 200 block of High Street in Hanover. Castillo, described as a 5'10", 150 lb Hispanic male with brown hair and eyes, was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Office for further disposition. The Hanover Borough Police Department logged the incident at 2:41 a.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026.
