Ephrata Police say James Hunter, 36, of Oxford, violated a Protection From Abuse order on June 12; a warrant was issued and he surrendered, then was arraigned with $25,000 unsecured bail.
The Ephrata Police Department charged James E. Hunter, 36, of Oxford, with violating a Protection From Abuse (PFA) order after determining a section of the order was breached on June 12, 2026. A warrant was obtained June 15 and Hunter turned himself in at MDJ Landis' office; he was arraigned and bail was set at $25,000 unsecured. He is presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
