Janye Willie Chisolm arrested on felony riot charge after mall fight
Warrant served Oct. 26, 2026 for a suspect in a multi-person fight at Capital City Mall that disrupted customers and trapped people inside a store.
Lower Allen Township Police served a warrant on Oct. 26, 2026 for 24-year-old Janye Willie Chisolm after a Sept. 19 melee involving at least ten people at the Hot Topic store in Capital City Mall that trapped customers and caused major disruption. Chisolm faces felony riot (18 § 5501(A)), simple assault (18 § 2701(A)(1)) and disorderly conduct (18 § 5503(A)(1)) charges; warrants were also issued for Zamir Edwards, Samir Dyson‑Stewart and Markale Williams (Docket CR-413-2026, issuing authority MDJ Delozier).
