Janye Willie Chisolm arrested on riot, assault and disorderly conduct charges after Capital City Mall fight
Lower Allen Township police served a warrant for 24-year-old Janye Willie Chisolm after a multi-person fight at the Capital City Mall that prompted felony riot and related charges.
On Sept. 19, 2026, police say at least ten people, including Janye Willie Chisolm, Zamir Edwards, Samir Dyson-Stewart and Markale Williams, fought inside and outside the Hot Topic at Capital City Mall, trapping customers and causing major disruption. Video evidence led Lower Allen Township authorities to file felony riot charges along with simple assault and disorderly conduct; warrants were issued Oct. 2, 2026 and the warrant for Chisolm (Docket CR-413-2026, Ref. LA-26-04807, issued by MDJ Delozier) was served Oct. 26, 2026 by the Lower Allen Township Police Department.
