Jasen Jermain Robinson, 52, of Waynesboro was arrested Aug. 14, 2026, and charged with one count of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver related to narcotics. He remained confined at the Franklin County Jail after failing to post $100,000 bail; a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 1, 2026 at 8:30 a.m.
