Jesse Thomas Braden, 30, of East Adkins Avenue, was charged following a Newberry Township Police investigation in the 1100 block of 1st Avenue on May 4, 2026. He faces one count of endangering the welfare of children (F2), four misdemeanor DUI counts and one summary count for no rear lights. The charges were filed by the Newberry Township Police Department in Manchester, PA.
