On May 23, 2026, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to a single-vehicle crash at Junction Road and West Sun Hill Road in Penn Township and contacted 27-year-old Jessica Lynn Ross of Mount Joy. A DUI investigation and blood test found THC/marijuana and a blood alcohol concentration of 0.151%. Four counts of DUI (including high-rate BAC and controlled-substance-related DUI provisions) and a summary traffic violation were filed before MDJ Stauffer under case 86-26-04029.
