Jessica Lynne Erb charged in $360 theft by deception case
Williamsport woman accused of keeping $360 sent via Western Union to pay for a relative’s U-Haul storage unit, investigators say.
Jessica Lynne Erb, 32, of Williamsport, is accused of receiving $360 from a 65-year-old Woodward Township victim between May and August 2026 via Western Union to pay for a relative’s U-Haul storage unit, then failing to make four payments and keeping the money. On September 17, 2026, Woodward Township police charged Erb with theft by deception and theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received, both first-degree misdemeanors. She will be issued a summons to appear in Clinton County Central Court.
