John Christopher Hall Jr. charged with stalking, harassment and impersonation in Lancaster County
NLCRPD says Hall repeatedly contacted a victim over a two-year period despite being told to stop.
Northern Lancaster County Regional Police received a report Sept. 3, 2026 that John Christopher Hall Jr. had stalked a victim over a two-year period by texting, calling, writing letters and showing up in person after being told not to have contact. Hall was charged Sept. 13, 2026 with stalking (18-2709.1 (A2) M1), impersonating a public servant (18-4912 M2) and harassment by communication (18-2709(A7) M3); charges were filed before MDJ Stauffer. The incident and booking were handled by the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department in Lititz, PA.
