Jonathan William Minney charged with simple assault in Manheim domestic incident
Northern Lancaster County Regional Police say a 54-year-old Manheim man allegedly assaulted his wife while they were returning from an event and was charged with simple assault.
On August 1, 2026, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to the 500 block of W. Sun Hill Road in Penn Township (Manheim) for a domestic dispute, not in progress. Investigators determined the victim was assaulted by her husband, 54-year-old Jonathan William Minney, while they were returning from an event; the victim showed signs of recent facial injury. Minney was charged with one count of simple assault (18-2701 (A1), M2) and the charge was filed before Magisterial District Judge Stauffer.
