Jordan B. Tice, Christina L. Parke arrested after starving dog found in Millersville
Millersville Borough Police and the Pennsylvania SPCA removed a severely underweight boxer from a Briargate Court home; two co-owners were charged with animal neglect and cruelty.
On August 26, 2026 at approximately 6:41 p.m., Millersville Borough Police responded to a report of a starving dog at a residence on Briargate Court and found a visibly severely underweight but ambulatory boxer. A voluntary surrender was declined that day; the following day officers, accompanied by Lt. Nields of the Pennsylvania SPCA Law Enforcement Division and two sheriff’s deputies, executed a search warrant. Both co-owners—Jordan B. Tice (45) and Christina L. Parke—voluntarily surrendered the dog and were arrested on Neglect of Animals (Vet Care) and Cruelty of Animals (Vet Care) charges, with the incident and charges recorded in October 2026.
