Buckley of Corning and charged him with Grand Larceny 3rd Degree (felony), Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd Degree (felony) and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th Degree. He was processed at the Corning Police Department and transported to the Steuben County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
