The Lower Paxton Township Bureau of Police arrested Joshua McQueen Williams, 40, on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 8:20 a.m. on one count of retail theft (F3). Williams is described as a Black male, 5'8", 165 lbs, brown, bald. The arrest followed a warrant issued July 7, 2026 by MDJ Wendy Grella (docket MJ-12106-CR-274-2026); the holding department is the Lower Paxton Township Police. Police had been requesting assistance locating Williams in connection with an alleged theft from Giant and asked anyone with information to contact Det.
