Julian Jose Lopez arrested on multiple DUI and drug charges
Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle Aug. 19, 2026 in the 1500 block of Lancaster Road in Penn Township and allege the driver was impaired; a blood test detected THC.
On August 19, 2026 at about 12:52 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle for a vehicle code violation in the 1500 block of Lancaster Road in Penn Township and identified the driver as 20-year-old Julian Jose Lopez of Temple, PA. Officers say Lopez appeared impaired and a DUI investigation led to a blood sample that showed THC; charges filed before MDJ Stauffer include three counts of DUI, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
