Justin M. Harer Arrested on Two DUI Charges in Penn Township

On October 26, 2026, around 2:05 a.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle in the 600 block of Lancaster Road in Penn Township and identified the driver as 46-year-old Justin Marshall Harer of Lebanon. Officers initiated a DUI investigation after observing signs of intoxication; a breath test showed a blood-alcohol content of 0.083%. Harer was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, and the charges were filed at MDJ Stauffer's office.
