Katherine Patricia Baldwin, 34, of Reamstown, PA, was charged with Driving Under Influence and a summary traffic violation (failure to stop at red signal) following a vehicle stop in the 1st block of West Church Street. Officers determined she was impaired and a breath test indicated a blood alcohol concentration of .148%. She was issued a summons to appear in District Court by the East Cocalico Township Police Department on August 16, 2026.
