Keith E. Chaplain Jr., 50, Arrested After Theft From Vehicle at Nittany Minit Mart
Captured on video stealing about $70 from a pickup at the Nittany Minit Mart, Chaplain was arrested and held on $2,500 bail after some property was recovered.
On 08/03/26 the Woodward Township Police Department arrested 50-year-old Keith E. Chaplain Jr. for an incident that occurred on 08/02/26 around 2246 hrs, after video showed him taking about $70 in property from a victim’s truck parked at the Nittany Minit Mart, 18 Woodward Ave. Chaplain was located by police, some stolen property was recovered, and he was charged with 3934(A) theft from a motor vehicle (M2) and 3925(A) receiving stolen property (M2); he was arraigned by MDJ Keith Kibler and committed to the Clinton County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 bail. Chaplain had also been arrested in July 2026 in two separate theft incidents.
