Kellie M. Giglio, 49, of Pleasant Valley, NY, was arrested Aug. 25, 2026, and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs (first offense) and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. The arrest was handled through the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office on Route 44 in Pleasant Valley.
