Ricardo Almanza, 28, of Kennett Square, was stopped on August 29, 2026, after officers observed erratic driving of a 2018 Jeep and noted signs of impairment during field sobriety tests. He submitted to a breath test that registered 0.207% BAC and faces charges including DUI—incapable of driving safely, DUI BAC .16% or greater, and careless driving; charges were filed in District Court 15-3-04 and he was released to his residence pending issuance of a summons.
