Lafayette Student Advocacy and Prevention is hosting campus events in April to mark the 25th anniversary of Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
Join Lafayette Student Advocacy and Prevention in honoring the 25th anniversary of Sexual Assault Awareness Month! This April, commemorate a shared commitment to ending sexual violence with these key events:
- Wear Teal Day: Show solidarity with Pards Against Sexual Assault (PASA) and Peer Anti Violence Educators (PAVE). Visit the resource table to learn about advocacy. 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wed., April 1 • Farinon Atrium • MORE
- Self-Defense Workshop: Build confidence with Lehigh Valley Martial Arts. 4:30–6 p.m. Mon., April 6 • Farinon College Center, Marlo Room • MORE
- “Chalk Back” Against Street Harassment: Hear from Sophie Sandberg of Catcalls of NYC, followed by a collective chalking event. 4:30 p.m. Tues., April 21 • Pardee Hall, Room 101 • MORE
- Denim Day: Wear denim to protest misconceptions and join the art advocacy project. 4-6 p.m. Wed., April 29 • Farinon Quad • MORE
