An internal investigation by facility staff placed employee Lindsey Roberts on administrative leave; police interviewed the accused and others, notified the Northampton County District Attorney’s office, and filed charges under 18-2713.1 (M1) for striking, shoving, kicking, attempting, or threatening a care-dependent person.
