Columbia Borough police say a 36-year-old man from York was accused after an incident on Lancaster Avenue on June 25, 2026.
On June 25, 2026, at approximately 9:44 p.m., London Aster C. Anderson, 36, of York, Pennsylvania, was accused of theft of services (acquisition of services) and disorderly conduct hazardous/physical offense in the 1000 block of Lancaster Avenue in Columbia. A Columbia Borough Police Department officer filed the charges. Anderson is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
