On June 25, 2026, at about 9:44 p.m., London Aster C. Anderson, 36, of York, Pennsylvania, was accused of theft of services (acquisition of services) and disorderly conduct hazardous/physical offense in the 1000 block of Lancaster Avenue in Columbia. An officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed the charges (CB-26-03034/2606032148). Anderson is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
